This project explored how the value of £10 has changed over the last century, revealing the impact of inflation and shifting economic landscapes. I wanted to turn a topic that could feel complex or abstract into something visually engaging and easy to understand. The final outcome was a printed booklet that combined clear data visualisation with thoughtful design and historical context. Imagery played a key role in communicating the changing value of money—each spread used archival photos, period references, and product comparisons to show what £10 could buy at different points in time. From groceries in the 1920s to high street fashion in the 2000s, the visuals helped ground the numbers in real, relatable examples.
