For my major project at Oxford Brookes, I created an interior design brand called Toile and Sage- a concept rooted in tradition, elegance, and timeless design. The project was heavily inspired by historical references, particularly the Georgian era. I explored the use of Georgian wax seals and classical type to inform the logo design, giving the brand a refined, heritage feel. This traditional influence also carried through to the colour palette and patterns, drawing from Georgian interiors to create a cohesive and balanced aesthetic across all elements. What made this project especially rewarding was the way each design element was seamlessly connected- whether through tone, form, or pattern. I developed a full brochure pack that included gift cards, a QR code linking to further brand details, business cards, and a final print layout, all carefully curated to reflect the brand’s vision.
